An international project involving experts from Singapore, China, the United Kingdom, Japan, Indonesia, the US, and Denmark, the Yellow River Arts Centre is the largest and most important arts facility in Northwest China. Situated along the banks of the Yellow River, within Yinchuan, the centre is a meeting point for audiences from around the world to produce, exhibit, discuss, and research contemporary culture. It consists of the Yinchuan Art Museum, Sculpture Grounds, Art History Park, and Artists Village. This office at Gillman Barracks is where the content and museology of the Yellow River Arts Centre is being developed for its opening in 2014.

Solo exhibition by Chinese contemporary artist Jing Kewen, whose works embody a form of personal realism and identification with everyday humanism, departing from the languages of neo-representation, social realism, and social commentary.
