Art Vs Public: The Correlation between Environment & Various Surrounding Elements
23 Jan 2015 - 23 Jan 2015  (1PM - 2PM )
Public art is an important part of urban aesthetics, it elucidates the city's historical and cultural values, inspires and enlightens the public's visual perception and experience. Unlike the other mediums, in public art creation, the artist explores the correlation between the environment and various surrounding elements. ShanghART Singapore is honoured to present " Art Vs Public" - a dialogue session between renowned Chinese ContamporaryArtist Ding Yi and Mr. Tan Boon Hui, Director of Programmes from Singapore National Heritage Board.    The talk will be at Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, Level 4, Room 4111 on Friday, 23rd January from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
