Wine & Whiskey Tasting Intermittently during the sessions:
(Thurs) Wine tasting from the often misunderstood German Riesling and the less well known Austrian grüner veltliner which are flexible wines, recommended for asian food, by Chef Irwin Hung
(Friday) Whiskey tasting by Whiskey Haven.
Rare and speciality whiskey from the investment reserves of Whiskey Haven will be introduced via a short two part introduction in the beginning and middle of Friday's session.
A light healthy dinner will be served over both days.

Yeo Workshop is a project space that produces a series of exhibitions, represented artists projects, and gallery based programmes such as talks, symposiums and guiding research. Its aim is to promote the work of contemporary local and international artists, and engage with the Singaporean and visiting audience.
